Training as part of life

I started training at a gym when I was 17. Training has been part of my life for over 40 years, and I have worked as a personal trainer for 15 years.
My own comparison shows a change from 98 to 86.3 kg. For me, training is about more than a number: feeling strong, having energy in everyday life and being able to live the life you want.
That is also where my coaching for women and men over 40 begins. An approach needs to fit your everyday life. We build structure in training and nutrition, follow up and adjust when needed.
You do not need to do it perfectly. You need to be able to keep going over time. That is why I also want you to understand your approach and what the follow-up shows. A training routine needs a purpose in your life, whether you want to build muscle, work on your weight or do more of what you enjoy.
My change is my own. The image shows two weights, but it is not a recipe for your result. We start with your experience and goals, find an individual approach and review it together.

Mandla’s own comparison states 98 kg and 86.3 kg. It shows my individual change and doesn’t guarantee anyone else’s outcome.
Yes. Mandla’s coaching is for women and men over 40, including those in their 50s and 60s. You don’t need previous training experience or to return to the level you had twenty years ago.
Your experience, goal and circumstances today shape the approach. If your health creates limitations, suitable exercise needs to be assessed with support from healthcare.
I call you for a short, free conversation about your goals and the support you want.
If coaching feels like a good fit, you complete a more detailed questionnaire. This helps me understand your goals, habits and circumstances so I can tailor training and nutrition to you. We then choose the next step together.
